Witold Bałażak (born November 15, 1964 in Radom) is a Polish politician. He was elected to Sejm on September 25, 2005 getting 6420 votes in 17 Radom district, candidating from Liga Polskich Rodzin list.
Since October 10, 2009 Bałażak is the chairmain of Liga Polskich Rodzin.
